This, ladies and gentlemen (all 3 of my readers) is a stroopwafel. This particular confection warranted its own entry in the photo-a-day section of the blog because of how many I ate when I was in Amsterdam this past June (I blame Ashley for introducing me to them). I highly recommend that you get yourself to the nearest starbucks and pick up one or a dozen. You won't be disappointed.
